On the basis of article 6, paragraph 5 and article 12, paragraph 1, line 7 from the Law on the Establishment of the Agency for Financial Support in Agriculture and Rural Development ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia" no. 72/07, 5/09, 43/14, 193/15, 39/16 and 164/18) and in relation to article 6, paragraph 4 from the Decree on the method and the procedure for allocation of financial support for rural development measures financed by the IPARD Program 2014-2020, the Director of the Agency for Financial Support in Agriculture and Rural Development has enacted the following decision:

for extending the deadline for submission of application for allocation of funds under the Public Call 01/2023 from the IPARD Programme 2014-2020

Article 1

This Decision refers to Public Call 01/2023 for allocation of funds from the IPARD Programme 2014-2020.

Article 2

The deadline for submission of applications is extended for 15 days.

Article 3

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its submission.
