The main objective of the Sector for Financial Affairs is to make payments on the basis of the measures from the National Programs and the measures from the IPARD Operative Programme 2007-2013. In addition to the payments, the Sector also undertakes accounting recording of the budget items, paid through the AFSARD. The basic activities in the Sector for Financial Affairs are implemented on the basis of the most adequately established software program for making payments, book keeping and preparing reports in the area of financial and accounting operations of ASFARD.
